This class is aimed at those who already have some experience of yoga and other individuals who tend to pick up new movement practices quite quickly. Classes often include: sun salutations, core exercises (such as plank variations), more challenging balance poses with an emphasis on building strength and a greater variety of different inversions. We do not normally do pranayama exercises in this class.
